Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and services across multiple locations. You will lead technicians and vendors, drive safety practices, and ensure reliable facility operations that support customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, solid knowledge of building systems, and experience with CMMS, reporting, and scheduling. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; MS Office proficiency is required for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with CMMS, reporting, scheduling, and workstream analysis.
• Experience managing remote teams and contracted services.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred; certifications are a plus.
