The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and machinery. They assist in planning maintenance activities in line with operational goals, maintain a preventative maintenance program, and manage a spare parts inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of five (5) years in a facility maintenance environment with knowledge of mechanics, electrical, and electronic applications. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of OSHA, EPA, animal handling, and regulations. Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, customer service focused, and capable of multi-tasking.
