Job summary

CS Power Systems is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee and maintain the company’s grounds, buildings, and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional workspace. You will manage HVAC and electrical systems, plan installations, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to complete projects on schedule.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, WWTP management experience, and strong leadership with project-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in facility management, WWTP management preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems; awareness of local regulations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with inventory management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee facilities operations, safety, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Plan installations and refurbishments including telecom, heat, and power.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage facility budget and prepare operational reports.
  • Lead and develop facility staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee and maintain the establishment and ongoing operations of company’s grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management , HVAC, electrical systems, factory layout, and a thorough understanding of local laws and regulations.
  • Effectively operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment plant, advanced water treatment facility, and reclaimed water distribution and disposal systems will provide a distinct advantage.
  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments;
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for timely and efficient project completion;
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations;
  • Source and install necessary equipment and systems , including HVAC, lighting, and security;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient warehouse operations;
  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods;
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols;
  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations;
  • Recruit, train, and manage team staff, fostering a positive work environment;
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC and electrical systems;
  • Optimize factory layout for efficient workflow and space utilization;
  • Develop and manage the facility budget and prepare regular operational reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in facility management, particular in WWTP management experience;
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and local laws and regulations ;
  • Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills;
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.
