As the Facility Manager within Real Estate Operations, you will be responsible for executing and delivering Facilities Management, Repairs, and Maintenance for a regional portfolio of Citizens' properties in the US. You will coordinate with the Repairs and Maintenance team to ensure all maintenance needs are met, managing internal and external technicians and vendors. Your role includes providing comprehensive facilities support for Retail Banking operations, covering building structure, grounds, interior, and exterior maintenance. You will foster excellent client and service provider relationships to meet key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily operations and conducting site inspections across 60-100 properties, totaling over 500,000 sq. ft.
2. Coordinating maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and housekeeping.
3. Maintaining communication with building occupants and addressing concerns promptly.
4. Reporting to and supporting the Senior Facility Manager, including acting as backup and representing the team in meetings.
5. Leading initiatives in facility management, compliance, risk mitigation, incident management, and strategic planning.
6. Managing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
7. Responding to emergencies and coordinating response efforts.
8. Monitoring supplier performance and managing contracts.
9. Overseeing small construction projects and ensuring legal compliance.

Qualifications:
