As the Facility Manager within Real Estate Operations, you will be responsible for executing and delivering Facilities Management, Repairs, and Maintenance for a regional portfolio of Citizens' properties in the US. You will coordinate with the Repairs and Maintenance team to ensure all maintenance needs are met, managing internal and external technicians and vendors. Your role includes providing comprehensive facilities support for Retail Banking operations, covering building structure, grounds, interior, and exterior maintenance. You will foster excellent client and service provider relationships to meet key performance metrics.
