Dog Training Elite Austin is seeking a dependable, organized Facilities Manager to ensure our training facility runs smoothly, safely, and professionally. You will oversee daily operations, keep training areas clean and client ready, coordinate maintenance and vendors, and help manage equipment and supplies.

We value someone who is detail oriented, takes ownership of daily tasks, and can juggle multiple priorities in a dog-friendly environment.

• Support trainers and management with daily operational needs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for classes, evaluations, and events.
• Help ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients.
• Identify facility issues and communicate them promptly.
• Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed.

Dog Training Elite Austin is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands on Facility Manager to help keep our training facility running smoothly, safely, and professionally.

Who We Are:

Dog Training Elite Austin provides professional dog training designed to help dogs and their owners build better communication, confidence, and lasting results. We work with dogs of all breeds, ages, and skill levels throughout the Austin area.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily facility operations
• Keep training areas clean, organized, safe, and client ready
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and service providers
• Maintain inventory and order facility and training supplies
• Help manage equipment and training spaces
• Support trainers and management with daily operational needs

Schedule:

Full time position. Our normal operating hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Schedule may vary based on business needs and may include occasional Saturday coverage.
