Dog Training Elite Austin is seeking a dependable, organized Facilities Manager to ensure our training facility runs smoothly, safely, and professionally. You will oversee daily operations, keep training areas clean and client ready, coordinate maintenance and vendors, and help manage equipment and supplies.

We value someone who is detail oriented, takes ownership of daily tasks, and can juggle multiple priorities in a dog-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations.
• Keep training areas clean, organized, safe, and client ready.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain inventory and order facility and training supplies.
• Help manage equipment and training spaces.
• Support trainers and management with daily operational needs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for classes, evaluations, and events.
• Help ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients.
• Identify facility issues and communicate them promptly.
• Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed.
