Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks a Contract Facility Maintenance Technician for the Andover, MA area. The role covers general upkeep and basic repairs for plant and office facilities, primarily at the Andover site, with possible support for additional buildings.

Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance and start with interim clearance if needed. Responsibilities include routine maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks, working M-TH on 1st shift, and following work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or 1–2 years hands-on maintenance preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required; interim clearance to start is acceptable.
• No degree required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of facilities experience.
• 2+ years of general maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Follow work orders and general instructions, log completed work, and provide limited janitorial support when workload permits.
