Job summary

Airoldi Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Oak Creek, WI to maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role focuses on safety, preventive maintenance, timely repairs, documentation, and minimizing disruption to operations.

Responsibilities include inspections, minor repairs, coordinating contractors, and maintaining records. Normal schedule is Monday–Friday with potential for after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of building and facility maintenance.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic facility problems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
• Ability to maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
• Valid driver's license when driving company vehicles is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of the building, warehouse, offices, shop areas, docks, and exterior property.
• Repair and adjust doors, locks, hinges, door closers, handles, shelving, and other building hardware.
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles, wall panels, trim, and similar building components.
• Inspect HVAC and mechanical systems, replace filters, and coordinate with contractors when needed.
• Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, loading areas, and exterior grounds.
• Conduct facility safety inspections and ensure accessibility of exits and emergency lighting.
