Job summary

Airoldi Brothers, Inc. in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a full-time truck maintenance technician.

You will diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty straight trucks, perform PMs on trailer equipment, inspect brakes, tires, drivelines, suspension, and electrical systems with safety as a priority. This role requires a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), strong mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty straight trucks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on trailer equipment and complete repair orders.
• Inspect and repair air and hydraulic brakes, tires, drivelines, suspension, electrical, and overhaul with safety as a top priority.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve trailer-related issues.
• Determine the most effective repair method and locate parts.
• Document work order details and ensure proper documentation including permits and filing.
