Qualifications

• Prior experience as a handyman, plumber, painter, carpenter, or HVAC technician preferred.
• Must possess a valid Michigan driver's license.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Conduct inspections of ongoing work and check park areas for repairs.
