The role involves troubleshooting and repairing various facility components including light fixtures, doors, and safety equipment. Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.
• A strong work ethic.

• Must be able to climb ladders, bend, lift, and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, and other property.
• Inspect the property to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
