Qualifications

• Three years of general building maintenance experience.
• Prior hospital experience a plus.
• High School diploma or GED; trades training desirable.
• Course work or training in key building trades is desirable.
• Experience with CMMS and Building Automation Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair building equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow departmental policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with stock, deliveries, and equipment security.
