Job summary

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and minor electrical work (120V).
Carry out plumbing, carpentry, painting and masonry tasks as needed.
Conduct safety checks on building assets and equipment.
Record work orders and maintenance actions in the OMS system.
Assist higher level technicians and support facility operations.
