Qualifications

• Associates degree in a trade.
• Three (3) years’ experience in facilities maintenance including plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, HVAC or closely related work.
• Must possess a valid Class D Arizona driver license upon the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting maintenance.
• Reads blueprints and technical manuals to complete tasks.
• Operates HVAC Building Automation software to diagnose faults.
