Job summary

The incumbent will read blueprints, operate building automation software, troubleshoot complex systems, and assist in training junior staff while maintaining records and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a trade; three years' facilities maintenance experience.
• Valid Class D Arizona driver license required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting maintenance.
• Inspect systems, diagnose faults, and perform repairs.
• Read blueprints and operate building automation software.
• Assist in training level one staff.
• Maintain records and meet deadlines.
