Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus three years of maintenance/repair experience.
Broad knowledge of building operating systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical.
Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
Understanding of safety regulations and proper use of tools.

Responsibilities

Provide semiskilled labor for preventive maintenance and repairs of building systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance like changing filters, lubricating moving parts, and checking belts/pulleys.
Repair or replace damaged components of building features and systems."
Maintain security systems and monitor control readings to ensure operational limits.
Carry out carpentry, drywall, shelving, and modular workspace installations as needed.
Keep areas clean and safe, and support other tasks assigned by supervision.
