Job summary
Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility running smoothly and safely. You will perform routine maintenance, support the supervisor, and ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents and staff.
Ideal candidates will have experience with HVAC systems and basic preventive maintenance, with a focus on reliability, teamwork, and safety. This is a full-time on-site role in Amarillo, TX, offering comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles.
- Clear communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
- Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
- Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.
