Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Tempe, AZ to care for the manufacturing facility and property, ensuring compliance with city, county, and state codes as well as Coca-Cola's KORE standards. You will perform inspections and both planned and unplanned maintenance to support operations.

The role requires HVAC/plumbing experience, hands-on maintenance skills, and the ability to read drawings. Weekend/holiday shifts and lifting up to 75 pounds are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years facilities or maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC and/or plumbing systems.
• Technical training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, process controls preferred.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work weekends/holidays as directed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems and controls to keep climate control and air quality.
• Repair plumbing lines and install piping to keep infrastructure functioning.
• Maintain electrical systems including wiring, lighting, circuits, and transformers.
• Weld and build CO2 racks, protective devices, forklifts, and structures.
• Operate construction equipment and large vehicles for grounds and safety.
• Check and maintain fire alarms, sprinklers, CCTV, and BAS for safety.
• Install and maintain access control and lock systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
