• Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Perform quality checks on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers.

Skills

Knowledge in operating electrical systems
