Job summary

Dae Sung, LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Worker in Aberdeen, SD (Federal Building) for a six-month contract to operate and maintain building systems. This role requires at least four years of trades experience and a high school diploma or GED.

The position pays an hourly rate of $28.84 with Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm shifts. HVAC experience and routine maintenance work are highly valued. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience replacing electrical components and patching walls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, toilets, and fixtures.
• Paint floors, steps, and sidewalks; patch holes with plaster or compound.
• Replace paneling, doors, locks, and windowpanes; perform general building maintenance.
• Provide maintenance on HVAC and other mechanical systems; PMs and service calls.

Dae Sung, LLC . is currently accepting applications for a General Maintenance Worker at its contract to provide operation and maintenance services located in Aberdeen, SD.(Federal Building).

Hourly pay rate: $28.84 per hour. This is a temporary role for 6 months starting on 10/26/2026. Working Schedule: Monday through Friday: 6:00am-3:00pm

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of (4) years' experience performing general maintenance and repair of equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floors tiles.
• Hanging doors and installing locks.
• Replacing broken windowpanes and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems including PM's, routine service calls and overall facility maintenance highly desired.

High School Diploma/GED required.
