Job summary

Dae Sung, LLC. in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for a six-month contract to operate and maintain facilities. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00am–3:00pm, with an hourly pay of $28.84 and a start date around late October 2026.

Qualified candidates should have at least four years of hands-on maintenance experience across painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work, plus a high school diploma or GED. HVAC experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience performing general maintenance and repair across multiple trades.
• Experience in painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and electrical work is required.
• HVAC repair/maintenance experience highly desired and preferred when applying.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls/ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Repair/replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hang doors and install locks.
• Replace broken windowpanes and perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Dae Sung, LLC. is currently accepting applications for a General Maintenance Worker at its contract to provide operation and maintenance services located in Aberdeen, SD (Federal Building).

Hourly pay rate: $28.84 per hour. This is a temporary role for 6 months starting on 10/26/2026. Working Schedule: Monday through Friday: 6:00am-3:00pm

Qualified Candidates Must Have a Minimum Of (4) Years' Experience Performing General Maintenance And Repair Of Equipment Requiring Practical Skill And Knowledge In Such Trades As Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry, And Electrical Work. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In The Following

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floors tiles.
• Hanging doors and installing locks.
• Replacing broken windowpanes and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems including PM's, routine service calls and overall facility maintenance highly desired.

High School Diploma/GED required.
