Job summary

Brooke Grove Retirement Village, part of Brooke Grove Foundation, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker. This full-time, daytime role in Olney, MD offers up to $32/hour based on experience, with responsibilities spanning routine maintenance, troubleshooting, upkeep, safety, and emergency response.

Responsibilities

Perform Routine Maintenance: inspect buildings and equipment, maintain mechanical/HVAC/electrical systems, lubricate and replace parts as needed.
Troubleshoot and Repair: diagnose issues, repair or replace defective parts in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, use diagnostic tools.
Facility Upkeep: maintain interior and exterior, perform carpentry, painting, drywall repair as needed.
Safety and Compliance: follow safety standards, keep maintenance records, manage inventory and orders.
Emergency Response: respond to urgent maintenance requests; participate in on-call rotation.
