The Forum At Tucson, part of Stellar Senior Living, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep residents’ living areas well-kept and safe. The role involves addressing repairs and responding to resident questions in a courteous manner.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in maintenance or construction and a valid AZ driver’s license, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Schedule Tue–Sat, 7:00 am–3:30 pm; benefits available.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of general maintenance and/or construction experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying repairs in apartments, rooms, common areas, and landscaping.
• Complete work orders from residents and staff promptly.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items.
• Complete special projects as directed.

Facility Maintenance Technician - Large Senior Living Community

We are seeking for a reliable and friendly Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at a large senior living community in Tucson, AZ. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, room turns, flooring cleaning, painting and HVAC is a plus. Looking for a maintenance tech that can work Tuesday- Saturday schedule 7:00 am- 3:30 pm and off Sunday and Monday.

Job Description

Our Facility Maintenance Technician is in charge of keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
• Completed work orders from residents and staff
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
• Completes special projects as directed

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the State
• Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, hvac, etc.
