Job summary

Stellar Senior Living's Forum At Tucson is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep resident living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should be pleasant, detail oriented and ready to work with a caring team to support our residents and their families.

Responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance Director with repairs in apartments and common areas, completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and handling special projects as directed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of General maintenance or construction experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices in plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
• Complete work orders from residents and staff
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs

Job Description

Our Facility Maintenance Technician is in charge of keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
• Completed work orders from residents and staff
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
• Completes special projects as directed

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the State
• Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, hvac, etc.
