Job summary

Facilities and Maintenance Services is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join their team in Southlake, TX. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and day-to-day operations within assigned buildings.

You will monitor safety, troubleshoot power and HVAC systems, perform carpentry and plumbing tasks, replace lighting, and support vendor management. The position requires strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Basic knowledge of machines and tools.
• Interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Our client, Facilities and Maintenance Services is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting assigned buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $28-$30/hr

Shift: 8a-5p M-F

What's the Job?
