Facilities and Maintenance Services is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join the team in Southlake, TX. You will support assigned buildings, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot power, HVAC, and mechanical systems as part of the Facilities team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of experience, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. The role follows a 8a-5p Monday-to-Friday schedule, with hourly pay of $28.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing, and support vendor management.
• Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
• Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

Our client, Facilities and Maintenance Services is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting assigned buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician

Location: Southlake, TX

Pay Range: $28hr

Shift: 8a-5p M-F

What's the Job?
