The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you lay the foundation for a clean, well-maintained club. Your focus will be on building maintenance across our clubs in San Clemente, Tustin, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Placenta, and Garden Grove, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience: 2 years
• Handyman experience: 1 year
• General repair/maintenance skills for equipment and buildings
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
• Operations/maintenance experience: 2 years
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Basic computer skills: email, Excel, digital logs
• Previous health club maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Ability to work in noisy environments with equipment sounds and energetic activity
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and cleaning supplies
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, squat, bend, reach, climb ladders, and stand for prolonged periods

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with managers to address maintenance needs
• Conduct facility walk-throughs and maintain logs
• Perform repairs such as structural fixes, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and safety hazard mitigation
• Procure parts and tools
• Conduct safety checks per OSHA guidelines
• Interact with members to enhance their experience

The Location

Our clubs are in Orange County and San Diego, featuring top-tier equipment, functional zones, recovery areas, and more. This role focuses on building and gym equipment maintenance in these locations.
