Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Technician, under the direction and supervision of the Chief Engineer, is responsible for maintaining and correcting deficiencies in common areas within the association.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of or experience working in a high-rise condominium association.
  • Ability to repair or replace pulleys and bearings.
  • Inspect water source heat pumps and AC units.
  • Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a high-rise building with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC expertise.

Customer Service:

  • Be a team player and contribute to an enjoyable, productive, and safe work environment.
  • Assist team members with tasks beyond the strict scope of the job description.
  • Maintain a standard of customer service set by the employer and the General Manager.
  • Be available for overtime as required.
  • Complete projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Strong customer service skills.
