Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in Helena, MT is seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician for a large senior living community. This full-time role runs 1:30pm–10:00pm, with Mon/Tues off, and focuses on keeping resident areas well-kept and serviced to high standards.

You will assist the Maintenance Director, complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and address resident questions promptly and politely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in general maintenance or construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
• Complete work orders from residents and staff.
• Clean and maintain all common areas including lobby, stairways, hallways, and community bathrooms.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs.
• Complete special projects as directed

Full-time - Shifts are 1:30pm-10:00pm with Mon/Tues OFF, Our Facility Maintenance Technician is in charge of keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detailed oriented and friendly. Being of Service First mentality.
