Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the electrical trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in state of work.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• License in related trade in city and/or state of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, repair, and document maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with managers and contractors; manage work orders and schedules.
• Operate and test equipment, tools, and vehicles; follow safety and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to on-call incidents and maintain inventory and parts.
