Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification and 2 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures; monitors wear and tear.
• Lead and coordinate work orders, schedules, and contractors to meet timelines and quality; document activities.
