Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in industrial, commercial, or facility maintenance.
• Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work requests and projects to industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Repair lighting, doors, flooring, painting, and plumbing.
• Use diagnostic tools and schematics to troubleshoot issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and maintenance activities.
