Job summary

NAMIC, a division of Medline, located in Glens Falls, NY, seeks a maintenance technician to support and repair facility equipment and building systems. Responsibilities include responding to work orders and emergencies, maintaining logs for critical systems, and performing carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repairs, and support to facility equipment and building systems.
• Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
• Maintain accurate records of operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other tested systems.
• Perform carpentry, painting, drywall, shelving installation, and related duties as needed.
• Perform plumbing repairs including unclogging drains and replacing fixtures.
