NAMIC, a division of Medline, located in Glens Falls, NY, is seeking a production data entry operator. The role supports accurate MRP data, material traceability, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to read complex schedules and drawings. Training is provided, with focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret schedules, BOMs, SOPs.
• Detail oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately in the MRP system and record details for traceability.
• Read schedules, Kanban, BOMs, pick lists, drawings and SOPs.
• Operate equipment to meet quality and production plans.
• Perform machine changeovers and routine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and request engineering support as needed.
• Assist PM of machinery and start up equipment per procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors/Coordinators to meet production requirements.
