Qualifications

• At least 6 months of housekeeping and training experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical activities necessary to perform essential functions.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.
• Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for 8–12 hours and up to 6 days a week.
• Could require overtime and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments and maintain records.
• Serve as point of contact for housekeeping-related concerns and communicate priorities.
• Maintain housekeeping documentation, schedules, and logs for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist across production, warehouse, office, and common areas to support cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, PPE, and equipment.
• Run basic reports and assist in data gathering on housekeeping performance and inspections.
• Support GMP, sanitation requirements, and cleaning standards.
• Promote 5S, safety, and continuous improvement in the facility.
• Assist training and onboarding of new housekeeping team members.
