Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team and maintain building systems to high standards. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, handle basic repairs, and coordinate with the Site Operations Manager to ensure client needs are met.

You will work Mon-Fri with daytime hours, and may travel within the metropolitan region. A high school diploma and basic trade skills are required, along with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel within the metropolitan region.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems.
• Patch and painting of walls and minor repairs to fixtures.
• Install and mount building fixtures and perform basic plumbing tasks.
• Inspect safety equipment and maintain HVAC and water systems.
• Respond to escalations and communicate professionally with clients.
