Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure building systems are maintained safely and reliably on-site. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the Site Operations Manager to support all service lines.

You will work Mon–Fri with weekend coverage as needed, and you may travel within the metro region. The role requires hands-on skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and effective

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational or trade school/college required.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills including knowledge of the corresponding tools in these trades.
• Must possess valid state driver’s license; travel within a metropolitan region may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on building systems.
• Repair walls, doors, fixtures, and basic plumbing tasks.
• Document work in CMMS and communicate with client.
• Respond to escalations and uphold safety standards.
