Qualifications

• Must work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of fire suppression and alarm systems.
• Experience with industrial plumbing and equipment maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate motorized equipment.
• Ability to work with outside contractors and maintenance teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety consciousness and participate in safety processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections and audits of building maintenance equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of building equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to service equipment.
• Assist other engineering associates to keep production machinery in working order.
• Inform management of potential problems and risks.
• Collaborate with vendors and production staff to repair issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
