Description

The Department for Facilities Management, Division of Building Services (DBS) is responsible for preventivemaintenance, general repairs, small to medium construction projects, snow removal, and other landscapingservices, janitorial services, and many other essential day-to-day building functions.

Within DBS, a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor I provides direct supervision and leadership for the buildingsupport staff at one or more locations. They interact daily with tenants, visitors, contractors, tradesmen,and other staff while performing and coordinating services, housekeeping, and maintenance activities. Tact,diplomacy, and broad-based building systems knowledge are essential for success.

Minimum Requirements
