We are seeking a Facility/Maintenance Supervisor
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Lead facility maintenance team to support daily production, project needs, development, and implement predictive/preventive maintenance programs for all facets of production equipment and facility infrastructure. Support development and adherence to maintenance and facility programs and reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Minimum Requirements: Associates, two-year technical degree, or bachelor’s preferred. Experience in Technical Discipline coupled with Facility/Equipment Maintenance training. Technical Military training is also acceptable.
EXPERIENCE:Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to shop floor processes. Proven experience managing employees and working in a team environment. Clear and concise communication skills. Mechanically inclined and self-motivated.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:The employee will frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, and grasp. The employee must have the ability to perform required duties in the office, on the factory floor, and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Employee will spend majority of the day on the shop floor and will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, noise, extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. Employee must be comfortable in a fast paced, continuously changing environment.
