Job Description

The Facility Maintenance Supervisor oversees a team of thirty employees, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance within the terminal. Responsibilities include managing inventory, conducting repairs, attending meetings, and assisting with various facility projects, while acting as the point of contact in the Facility Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee a team of thirty employees; collaborate with the Facility Manager, Chief Engineer, Shift Leads, and Inventory Specialist; act as the manager in the absence of the Facility Manager.
• Inventory and Parts Management: Order parts, create and maintain inventory tracking systems, assist with tasks alongside the Inventory Specialist, manage uniforms.
• Meeting Attendance and Reporting: Attend safety, facility, and operational meetings; represent Rob when unavailable; organize meetings; fabricate monthly reports.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Repair thermostats, electronics, roof leaks, flood barriers; research and order parts.
• Facility Operations: Escort personnel, assist IT issues, manage deliveries, transport items, conduct safety briefings, maintain fire alarm records.
• Technical Skills: Read drawings, trace piping, troubleshoot leaks, introduce new employees, assist with requests, hang fire extinguishers, take messages, brainstorm improvements, review work orders, manage stock levels, order parts, create estimates, escort contractors, attend meetings, perform additional tasks.

Compensation

$60,000 annual salary (US Dollars). Compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, location, and market data. Eligibility for incentives or bonuses may apply.
