FNBO is seeking a Facility Engineer for our Omaha Data Center to monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical (HVAC) and other core building systems. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, on-demand repairs, and collaboration with vendors to ensure uptime and safety.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in HVAC, BMCS, electrical and plumbing, plus strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Facility Engineers at the FNN Data Centers monitor and support physical conditions including; electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and Data Center operations. Data Center duties will include heating and cooling of air and water systems, power supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution and control and monitoring systems. Perform inspections of and maintain various data center systems such as piping and non-critical electrical or mechanical system components. Conduct daily conditional assessment tours of systems, assess their working order, and gather data points. Manage the uptime and maintenance of water pumps and chemical treatment systems, HVAC and controls, and monitoring systems. Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in the data center facility systems and equipment. Assist with equipment replacement plans and inventory management.
Perform preventive maintenance and on demand repair of building systems, equipment and property maintenance.
Effectively manage the process of accurately and timely creation and capture of assigned on-demand and preventative maintenance work orders that are completed in a quality manner for internal and external customers.
Develop and maintain a strong customer focus for internal and external customer and vendor relationships.
Maintain and develop "best-in-class" process and procedures supportive of organizational goals.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships

Compensation range (base pay): $49,751.00-$79,602.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
