FNBO is hiring a Facilities Maintenance professional to perform preventive and on-demand repairs of building systems and grounds at our Kansas City area facility.
The role requires multi-tasking, emergency responsiveness, and collaboration with vendors and tenants to minimize disruption. Candidates will work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting trades and gain hands-on training.

Summary Of The Job Perform day-to-day maintenance in response to the on-demand and preventative maintenance work requests for FNN facilities. Complete daily readings and logs. Must have the ability to multi task, respond to emergency situations, and work closely with other team members. Individual must have the desire to increase job knowledge through hands on training and classes as applicable to HVAC, Electrical, and plumbing trades.

Compensation Compensation range (base pay): $49,751.00-$79,602.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
