Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Reading, OH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Site Lead to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across client sites. The role requires multi-trade expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on supervision.

You will coordinate work orders, manage personnel and subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance, and drive KPI performance while delivering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade experience with HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Experience managing a team and/or subcontractors.
• Knowledge of local, state, and national codes.
• Bachelor's degree in business or construction-related field or 5+ years of related experience.
• Intermediate computer skills, including CMMS, MS Office, and contact management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day facilities maintenance activities.
• Serve as the direct communication point for the timing, completion, and quality of work orders.
• Shared accountability for customer and employee satisfaction.
• Manage personnel and subcontractors engaged in performing facility maintenance work procedures.
• Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
• Approve procurement of tools, equipment and materials.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to contract specifications and quality.
• Achieve acceptable KPI scores.
• Ensure all operational and administrative work is compliant with our processes.
