Responsibilities

• Assist with routine and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect resident rooms, common areas, offices, mechanical spaces for repairs.
• Perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and fixtures.
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, fixtures, hardware as needed.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies safely.
• Identify maintenance issues and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist contractors and outside service personnel when directed.
