Job summary

Skagit Valley Casino Resort is hiring two Facility Maintenance Mechanics for the graveyard shift in Bow, WA. You’ll work across building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety—ensuring safe, efficient operations for our casino and resort.

The role requires at least two years in commercial property maintenance, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team. CMMS experience is a plus; a WA driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of commercial property maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety systems, or related trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Word and Excel; CMMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems and equipment to keep the casino and resort operating safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team to diagnose and repair issues and perform routine preventive maintenance.

You’ll work with a variety of building systems and equipment while helping keep our casino and resort operating safely and efficiently. Whether your background is in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or general commercial maintenance, we’d like to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of two years of commercial property maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of at least one of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety systems, or a related trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
