Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Paint, carpentry, plumbing, remodeling work on TRWD buildings and grounds.
• Lead projects from planning through execution, including design and cost estimates.
• Enter data for work orders and timekeeping.
• Transport materials and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
• Coordinate with TRWD personnel and supervise others as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours emergency response.
