Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a maintenance worker to maintain grounds, facilities and equipment in a safe, efficient manner in line with applicable standards and policies. You will follow established maintenance schedules, report incidents promptly, and coordinate with nursing staff during routine tasks to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for the assigned shift or area.
• Report accidents or incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facilities and equipment as directed.
• Ensure safety precautions are followed when using tools and equipment.
