Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Cincinnati facility. You will perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all equipment runs smoothly.

The role requires reliable problem-solving and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license is a plus, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and systems and make repairs as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to keep facilities in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely tasks.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
