Job summary

Venus Aerospace is seeking a Facility Maintenance and Automation Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and automated CNC machinery. This role emphasizes preventive maintenance to support production uptime and requires documenting work in the CMMS.

The technician will help ensure CNC operations are safe, reliable, and efficient in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full-time on-site role in Houston, TX with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining CNC-driven manufacturing equipment.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CMMS work orders and documentation.
Strong safety and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems and automated CNC equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
Document all maintenance work in the CMMS.
Support production uptime and implement standard operating procedures.
Ensure CNC systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
